NUHA BRITE 4BK is optical brightener agent for cotton, primaily for exhaust processes, good whiteness at economical cost.Good stability for high temperature and hydrogen peroxide.
Application
1.Normal cotton whitenning exhaust process
Dosage: 4BK 0.2-0.6% o.w.f
Sodium sulfate:5-10g/l
Temperaturetime:80-100℃�0-30min
Liquor rate:1:10-20
2.With peroxide bleaching for cotton exhaust process
Dosage:4BK0.2-0.6% o.w.f
Sodium hydroxide(30%):1-4g/l
Hydrogen peroxide(35%):4-8g/l
Sodium silicate:2-5g/l
Dertergent:0.5-1g/l
Stabilizer:0.1-0.5g/l
