Introduction
This product shade is white fluorescent, high purity, high temperature resistance, good whiteness, low cost etc.
Application methods:
1.Polyester staple fiber
Before spinning, remove the debris from the polyester chips (material), add the material to the melting tank, raise the temperature to about 120 ℃, remove the moisture in the material, then stop the vacuum, 150g-250g / ton (according to the different requirements of the appropriate amount of whiteness) added to the slices, the full mixing, so that the powder adsorption on the surface of the material, if necessary, appropriate amount of titanium dioxide. When need to deploy shade, you can add 2-5g of blue violet dye (B12, etc.) per ton of material, mix with the whitening powder to join the material, fully mix the surface of the adsorbed material, and then continue to heat 240 ℃ -280 ℃, So that whitening powder and polyester material completely melt, and finally directly into the spinning section.
2, polyester long fiber
Per ton of polyester material plus fluorescent whitening powder 150-300g, titanium powder 100-300g or so.
3, whitening masterbatch or reclaimed materials
Per ton of polyester material plus fluorescent white powder 2000-6000g, titanium dioxide 1000-6000g or so.
Note: the temperature is generally not less than 230 ℃, the time is not less than 60 seconds.
